I am 32years old...I have right ear pain going upto my right upper neck area behind the ear..I am suffering from this pain from last 2 to 3 years..the pain comes n goes..does not stay all the time...In winter it worsens..giving heat to the area lessens the pain..what could be the reason behind this pain...? What should I do..? is there any permanent solution..?Plz suggest..

Please visit an ENT and get your ears, nose, throat, neck examined. If no physical cause found locally, it could be a neuralgic pain. However a visit to the doctor is mandatory for examination and diagnosis.

Such a long history of two years warrants a thorough consultation online or physically to properly diagnose and treat ua condition. It may be related to ua middle ear, eustachian tube dysfunction, etc
