Ear Infection
He had tympanoplasty in his left ear 2.5 years back. Cold and nose blocking are common issue for him. In that time he generally takes Montair Lc and drep or ciplox ear drop.
Now he is feeling slight pain in in left ear. His ear feels like filled with water. He is using drep ear drop and Montail Lc from few days.
please suggest requisite medicine for him.

Is there any pus coming from the ear? Need more history. Keep the ear dry. Consult if possible
