Ear, eye and headache simultaneously.

I sometimes suffer with sever ear ache and head ache simultaneously which lasts for several hours, it vanishes only after having deep sleep for long hours, sometimes it even persists after having  sleep, i can't locate the pain exactly it's dull but persistent, ear is little tender on touching, sometimes it even radiates from left side of the neck from the collar bone level , which makes it impossible for me to sleep on my left side, I can feel pulse on left temple area while experiencing this pain,this pain also radiates to the left eye.it get worsens by involving my jaw where I experience painful popping sounds. I experience all this suddenly or when I have inadequate sleep- where eye,ear and left side of head becomes tender. I can't concentrate on my studies I just loose days on account of this pain.
