Usage of ear buds is strictly not recommended. The shape of the ear canal is designed naturally such that the wax migrates itself at a rate of 0.5 mm per day and gets accumulated at the entrance of the ear canal. If ear bids are used the chances of manually pushing the wax inside which further has got secondary complications. So it's recommended to stop using ear buds and when ever u feel itching then use ear drops. This will help u in reduced use of ear buds.
