Ear block due to cold
I have a cold due to which my left ear is blocked I can't hear from that particular side of ear. I also put hydrogen peroxide to get relief but it doesn't cause any effect.

Since you have history of cold the ear pain is most likely due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Eustachian tube connects ear and nose. So take steam inhalation and consult an ENT doctor

Physical examination of ear is needed. It may be due to, wax or eustichian tube obstruction
