Dust allergy
My mother experiences continuous sneezing, severe burning in the eyes, and itching every year after February 15. She has a dust allergy and has been taking Montek LC tablets, but she is not getting much relief. She is also a diabetic patient and goes for a morning walk regularly.

Allergies are caused due to either a high amount of pollution or a weak digestive system. If your mother has had indigestion problems then she needs to work on that When the digestion problem gets solved with home remedies, lifestyle changes and if needed herbal medicine then her immunity will improve.
Next Steps
As she is diabetic she needs to monitor her blood sugar levels daily and have a good routine of healthy food + exercise.
Health Tips
Ask her to start practicing Pranayama or breathing exercise daily. While stepping out always wear a mask. For more guidance you can contact me.

Please consult a physician to understand why she has such reaction. Also, to understand exactly what she is suffering, a dietary recall/ food diary can be maintained. Can have a track on her foods and reactions in case if she has. Lets connect through consultation to understand her dietary profile.

Avoid morning walks in parks or dusty areas, as pollen levels are high. Walk in the evening instead. Wear an N95 mask and sunglasses while going outside to protect from dust and pollen. Keep windows closed at home, especially in the morning and on windy days. Change clothes and wash hands/face after coming from outside to remove allergens. Eat vitamin C-rich foods like amla, oranges, lemon, guava, and capsicum to reduce allergic reactions. Add turmeric to warm water or milk for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Include omega-3-rich foods like flaxseeds, walnuts, and fish (if non-vegetarian) to reduce inflammation. Drink herbal teas like ginger tea or green tea with a pinch of turmeric for soothing effects. Take steam inhalation with a pinch of turmeric or eucalyptus oil to clear nasal passages. Apply a cold compress on the eyes to reduce burning and itching. Avoid honey or sugar-based remedies as they can affect blood sugar levels. Choose low-GI fruits like guava, berries, and apple to boost immunity without spiking blood sugar. Stay hydrated with warm water and herbal teas instead of sugary drinks.
Next Steps
Get an allergy test done to identify the exact cause (dust, pollen, or something else).

Healthy morning, It sounds like the person may be experiencing an allergic reaction, possibly triggering by dust , which is common. The severe burning of eye and sneezing are typical symptoms of an allergic flare up, but these could be also be sign of something else , like infection or irritation. Since they have diabetes, immune system may not respond as effectively as it would in someone without diabetes, which can make managing allergic reactions more challenging. It’s important for them to : 1. Avoid dust exposure 2. Manage their diabetes carefully 3. Consult with a physician 4. Check if there is flare - up their other allergies
