Hi mam
If you want good digestion then take this
:- panchasav( baidynath company) - 3 table spoon of panchasav and mix with 3 table spoon with water and take it BD ( after breakfast and dinner)
:- and of you want weight gain then I think no need of it because your weight is ok according to your height.even then you want gain weight then eat
:- prantha in breakfast
:- drink milk 2 times in a day
:- eat makhan and desi ghee
:- eat dates in winter dates are easily available.
And do yoga in early morning empty stomach .
:- and after yoga take rest for 15 min and then drink leukiwarm water.
:-drink at least 1 ltr boiled leukiwarm water in a day.
Trifala is Kashay ras , over use of kashay ras gives rise to edema all over body, disturbing our digestion and appetite , created muscular weakness and general debility
So it should be taken strictly under Doctor's guidance,
It's dose depend upon your Prakruti
And rutu hatya
