Dull Pain under right ribs
Hi I have mild pain under right side of ribcage which comes for few days every 3-4 months. Can gastritis cause this? I also got USG abdomen done one year back which showed fatty liver. What can be the cause.

Could be gastritis. Take frequent small meals,   with no fats, low in spices, more of fresh green vegetables,  fr parti culary pappaya  take less  tea, coffee. Drink more water. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast. Tab domperidone 10mg every 8 hours for 7 days. Syp digeplex 5ml morning and evening for 7 days.

Fatty liver,  gastritis. DO U CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY  OTHERWISE  NO THERAPY GIVES U PROPER RESULT. ANYWAY NEXPRO RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR TEN DAYS.  MUCAIN GEL 10ML WITHOUT WATER NOTHING BY MOUTH TILL 30MIN CAN BE TAKEN 3TO 4TIMES. MEFTAL SPAS DS TWO TIMES OR SOS  FOR PAIN .
