Dull pain in my left side pelvic pain

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hello dr. I was just diagnosed from this small ovarian cyst. Does it cause dull pain all the time in the lower left side of my abdomen. Rather than my periods are on time. No pain during sexual intercourse. Other test are fine like lft lft ultrasound of while abdomen. Is it cause of concern. Someone suggest me to take saheli plus that it will cure all the problems like cyst polyp and all.
