DryThroat and anxiety
Having throat dryness and inconvenience at throat -  removing the sputum(hard & white)  feels good(Frm 3days). Issue mostly obsevrd after waking up from sleep. Earlier same issue was observed and got tests done for TB (TB wasn't there and sinusitis was observed( xray pns ) In pandemic it's making me think more , & Increasing anxiety. Dryness is felt  on the left side of nose (Nasal congestion also observed) The throat dryness is observed on the side where the nose is getting dry. Attaching earlier reports ... P.S - No fever & No body temp / no body pains / no cold& cough.

you are too anxious about it relax and calm down start nasivion for nasal dryness and tab pantocid for dry throat with plenty of water

Dosent seem to be anything major as you dont have any covid symptoms.Please drink more water , 4-5 litres / day. Steam inhalation for nose block.if anything, consult online
