My inner linings of the mouth is very dry for last few months. When I drink a lot of water it becomes a hit better but doesn't goes away permanently. Dryness in the form of mouth ulcers come up on the inner linings of the lower lips. I had bit my cheeks and it seems it has left a rough semurface. Earlier they used to heal as well completely, but now it has left a rough shrface. Please help with these two conditions.

Most problems like dry mouth and ulcers are related to systemic problems like stomach issues. Sinus and nose block can also cause mouth breathing and dry mouth. Get a check up done from your dentist and consult a good GP if required
