I am not having good and comfortable sleep more than 2 days, means i usually having problem in having good and sufficient sleep,
maybe because of my overthinking,
my sleep breaks very easily, and
from few months i am facing much mouth, throat dryness during sleep,
breathing uneasiness and difficulties in proper deep breathing, disturbed breathing pattern and breath becomes very little (when not sleep, when in sleep too),
right nostril getting blocked when go to bed,
i usually drink water very oftenly but my thirst is not quenched it's very disgusting, i have sedentary lifestyle but go to morning walk sometimes once per two weeks.
