Problem in nipples ,very dry and cracked

I have problem in my nipples... Nipple skins are very dry and have cracks. Now dry skin is coming out from my nipples. Because of this, the shape of the nipples are also changing. My age is 19 . I feel no pain when skin is coming out from nipples but I have little pain in my breasts from 1-2 days..Maybe it's because of lack of sleep for 3-4 days.

Do not worry as this is one of the periods of change. This often happens. You need to keep your nipples supple and moistened. Take tablet Zincovit 1 tab daily and vit. E suppliment/cod liver oil to keep the moisture intact. Apply lactocalamine lotion witg aloe vera gel on your nipples. Pain will go away in a few days. Message your breat twuce weekly and consult a gyenacologist if you feel any lump.
