Dryness and itching in both breasts

I have itching and dryness in both my breasts. no redness but itching and dry scaly skin. Got diabetes and thyroid checked, came out normal.

Apply moisturizer after pat drying your skin after a warm water bath to lock in the moisture..use nonwired soft bra..drink 3-4lit of water /day.
