For bottom of the feet too much dryness and flaky skin. It there for more then 5 years. Does not itch or scratch. It has been the same over the years. Not exceeded. earlier it has been only on right feet. Now seen slightly on left as well. It's no where else on the body except the bottom of the feet. Tried oil, vaseline, panderm and other skin allergic, bacterial and fungal creams but in vain.Picture as below. Please advise.
