Hello,
I have dry, red, flaky skin on both my eyelids and under my eyes. It started on my eyelids about 6 months ago after a makeup artist applied false eyelashes and some glue got on my lids. The under-eye dryness began 2-3 months ago. These areas sometimes itch, and the dryness, redness, and flakiness keep coming back. I have tried moisturizers like Cetaphil and CeraVe, which help temporarily, but the problem persists. The rest of my face is unaffected. Could you please advise what might be causing this and the best way to treat it?

Thank you!
