Dryness all over face
I have dryness all over face as in image, with very mild itching , I am using dewsoft and oledoft cream from last 2 months , but now I start swatting while using this moisturizer, I have suffering from this problem from last 4 months , I taking intraconzole from last 5 months since I have fungal infection on neck but it is gone now and I have redness and itching over neck for which I was taking levocertizine from last 6 months , plz advice which cream should I use for dryness on face since this is summer and plz tell what deasease is this

You have 2 problems, one is fungal infection and second is dry skin but treatment by moisturizer will increase the fungal infection. So i advise you to treat fungus first then think of dryness.
Use K20 cream twice a day and soap.
Mention your city also so i can guide you medicine accordingly.
