Dry Throat with Nose Blockage
I have been struggling for almost 1 month. I had tonsils a month back which was healed by strong antibiotics (1 week medication) Then again i still had little throat irritation with nose blockage which was persistent. I am taking Veloz D & Montek LC for past 1 week, still problem exist. Doing Steam inhalation too. No fever, very light mucus comes out when try to cough hardly. Please help me since its been a month and no ENT is open.

This could be because of postnasal drip since you complain of nasal block.
Next Steps
first stop coughing forcefully, it only worsens the irritation. use nasal decongestant drops like Otrivin 2 drops thrice daily for 5 days. continue steam inhalation and tab Montek LC. if you have acidity or reflux you continue veloz d too. salt water gargling twice a day.

take plenty of fluids, avoid exposure to cold, stop clearing your throat.
