The outer skin of ring finger on right hand has been feeling very different from others. It feels very dry and pains occassionally. It gets very rough. This happened after a punching practice session. Attached is the image. What has happened and what is the treatment to get the skin back to normal. Thank you for your time :)

It can be either Eczema or Tinea. But to come to a conclusion and to prescribe need you to get back with answers to the following. Since how long are you having this? Is there any similar lesion on any other part of the body? Also, need some more history.
