Yes Yamini is right. Don't do it Use lubricant eye drops And follow 20.20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. And The best way is to reduce your unnecessary screen time

No...it is not advisable. It may lead to disorder of tear film surface and increased  tears evaporation. Its better to blink frequently to prevent dry eye Use lubricating eye drops like soha eye drop or refresh tears eye drop  4 times a day

There can be tear film instability , there are many factors for that. Consult nearby ophthalmologist get your TBUT checked and various other test.

It depends upon the severity of dry eye.in this syndrome, the tears in your eyes are dried up.pl hydrate yourself, it may help.But eye drops are necessary. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
