Dry eyes syndrom
I m suffering from Dry eyes prob and mild blephritis... So I visited to my Eye specialist... She cured it. But when I stop tears drop it recurs.. before I used Hylosoft drp 6mnths but not satisfied much... So she ref now Optimoist Ultra... Its a very very good drop I m using since Mid dec nd satisfied... My query is.. what r Omega 3 supplements which can b taken also.

Rather than putting all the drops do warm compression over your eyes for fifteen days and it will heal naturally . It increases in winter but warm compression is a natural way so more beneficial than drops .

Pl do Hot compression.you can take omegs supplementation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
