Hi dr i have dry eye problem which causes me to feel that there are no tears in my eyes feel like dry eyes alwys need to wash face in order to prevent burning sensation please tell me any eye drop which is suitable for me and available easily

Hello,
This could be due to dry eyes. But there different kinds of dry eye syndromes. So before starting any drops you should get proper consultation, and then eyedrops appropriate for your exact condition can be started. Also details like, computer use, any other illnesses and or medications you are using need to be known.
