Sustained lubrication is required over a prolonged period following any refractive surgery as the corneal shape changes affecting the tear film dynamics.

It is common to have dry eyes and mild cloudiness after Smile surgery. The symptoms will subside with time. You can use any sodium hyaluronate-based eye drops for the long-lasting effect of drops against dryness. Examples of these would be Soha eye drop, Aquim eye drop, etc. Cloudiness will subside after 4-5 weeks.
Next Steps
In case of any further discomfort, an eye check up at clinic is important
Health Tips
For cooling effect store the drops at the refrigerator door
