Dear doctor, I am facing dryness and gritty sensation in my eyes. I am using ecotears eye drop but it's not very helpful. If you could please suggest some stronger drop or eye ointment.

Hi, You can use systane ultra eye drop 2-3 times a day, along with lacryl pf gel in the night. That should help. Also please keep a check on your screen time. Take breaks every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while using computer/screen. Drink lots of water. Do not sit right in front of ac or under the fan.
