Dry cough & weakness

Asked for Female, 43 Years

My husband was suffering from fever last few days, but now he is recovered from fever. From yesterday he is having only dry cough & weakness. Syp grillinctus given & some home remedies also tried. For weakness what to give ??

First thing be physically active 😊 n have more water to Hydrate body n enough meal to nourish n enough sleep to recover .
