Just give some cought suppresant n see how she responds to it.
In case of no improvement ,get x ray chest done n we might also need to put her on antibiotics.
Get a CBC done to rule out infection.
Dnt give her any cold food.
Give luke warm water n keep her away from cold
There can multiple reasons for dry cough.
Would need to know what meds she is on, why?, since when?
Only then one can decide whats the next best line of treatment.
