Dry cough issue
Hi I have dry cough. What should I have ? Ciplox 500 or chericof syrup. Can this just be a change in weather or covid? (I had fever one day last week and cold/sinus) . The cold is now seeming to go , had sinarest for that. This Dry cough is the cold that turned into cough or what? Please guide

U can take chericof syrup 5ml tid. Drink hot water  every now and then
