U need to start one antibiotic if u have developed fever , if prolonged cough issue and throat ache.
Start
Tab Azee 500 MG od ×3 days (antibiotics as per recommendation start only If needed through doctor consultation)
Syrup Capex dmr 2 tsf po bd ×5 days.
Betaine gargling. Take rest. Avoid cold.
