My son is 15 months old he was suffering from cold and cough 2 weeks ago, he got better with the help of pediatrician and medication. The day it started raining he started suffering the same and now he is getting fever too. Please advice.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me here.
