I feel Drowsiness and partially asleep when I am studying or attending Zoom Classes , No matter what time it is , whether it's Morning , Afternoon , Evening or Night .
I feel like there is a kind of chemical secretion in my brain which causes my drowsiness.
My sleeping time 11pm - 5:30 am.

Whatever information you have provided I can say u need to check whether u r really interested in this course? Most of the time this happens due to lack of interest n motivation
U can do brain Gym before starting of class, take break after every 30 min, drink water sip by sip frequently n eat chocolate in between to keep carbs level good
