Droopy Eyelids

Hi I'm 20 years old and have way too much of droppy eyelids which ruin my confidence. I'm guessing they're genetic because even my sister has them but I've never in life seem anyone else with puffiness in eyes to this extent. I'd like to know what all non-surgical ways exists to look into this and if not that, what will be the cost of Blepharoplasty in Delhi NCR. . Since I'm scared about side effects or something going wrong, I'd still like to know about the non-surgical ways to get rid of this puffiness permanently.
