I have been taking Drolute tablets since the 12th day of my period, and now it's the 22nd day of my period. I am experiencing left-sided abdominal pain, sometimes in the middle, along with cramping. I also feel nauseous, gassy, have a headache, back pain, swollen ankles, and low energy.little spotting on 18th and 19th day . Is this a sign of early pregnancy.

No. No sign is specific of pregnancy. You have to check for pregnancy If you crossed your expected date
