Drinking water
Should we wait half an hour to sleep after drinking water? Is it compulsory? Why don't we sleep just after drinking water? It's summer right, so I'm feeling thirsty before sleep also, So I'm drinking water and sleeping just after that every day. I'm not waiting half an hour to sleep.

Hello dear I think there is not any compulsion to drink water 30 minutes before sleep. Compulsion is only for those small kids who can do bed wetting. Compassion is also in case of GASTRO OESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE. It is only after the food we have to wait for 2 hours to drink water.
Next Steps
drink water as much as you can which does not interrupt your sleep
