Drinking water after meal?
Should i drink water compulsory after eating meal, if do not thirst also? Is food not digestible if water does not drink? What happens if water does not drink? ......This is summer.........🌞

Drinking water with food is avoided in ayurvedic med but not in allopathic medicine. Ome should always drink plenty of water as much he can.

Hi If  no  water  intake  or  less It  cause  dehydration Drink  plenty  of  water  in this  summer

Water drinking helps in digestion.  But water drinking is not must as the food has some water content but water drinking is good.

Drink warm water 1 hr after meals is good for digestion . But small sips during meals is asleep adviced

You should drink regularly, drinking water just after food ,not necessary .
