Hello Doctor, I am uncircumcised and my glans has remained exposed all the time, even in flaccid case also. I feel some tightness in the foreskin behind the glans, and it does not move . Currently, there is no significant swelling, severe pain, discoloration, or difficulty urinating.
I feel uncomfortable with the glans being exposed and would like to know whether the foreskin can safely return to covering the glans naturally. Could this be phimosis, paraphimosis, a short frenulum, inflammation, scarring, or another condition? I have attached photos for reference.
Could you please advise whether I need an in-person examination and whether any non-surgical treatment can restore normal foreskin movement? I would also like to know if any homeopathic medicine has evidence for helping with this problem, or whether conventional treatment such as a prescribed cream would be more appropriate.
Thank you.

Based on your description—where the foreskin is retracted behind the glans, feels tight, and is stuck from moving forward back into its normal covering position—this situation is consistent with phimosis. You can see changes within few weeks. In early stage without the swelling it is possible without surgery

Hello, thank you for sharing the details and photograph.
From the photograph, the foreskin appears to be retracted behind the glans, with a tight band around the penile shaft. However, a definite diagnosis cannot be made from a photograph alone. If your foreskin has been pulled back and cannot be brought forward to cover the glans, this may be paraphimosis, whereas difficulty retracting the foreskin is more suggestive of phimosis. A short frenulum or local inflammation/scarring are other possibilities.
Since the foreskin is currently not returning to its normal position, I recommend an in-person examination at the earliest. Do not forcefully pull or stretch the foreskin, as this can worsen swelling or injury. If you develop increasing swelling, severe pain, bluish/dark discoloration of the glans, or difficulty passing urine, please seek urgent medical attention immediately
Regarding homeopathy, there is good clinical evidence that homeopathic medicines can reliably reverse a tight foreskin or release a trapped foreskin. The appropriate treatment depends on the exact diagnosis, so I would recommend examination before starting any medication.

It is not phimosis or paraphimosis... In many patients the glans remain uncovered... and it is not a disease. Exposed glans can have slight oversensitiveness but it should not cause any major issues... It may not require any treatment.
Thank you for sharing your concern in detail.
The condition you have described where the foreskin remains retracted and does not move freely needs an in-person clinical examination. It is not advisable to forcefully pull the skin.
I would strongly advise you to consult a Urologist / General Surgeon in person for proper evaluation. He can examine and guide you regarding whether this is related to tightness of foreskin, frenulum, or inflammation and whether any local care or surgical opinion is needed.
For Homoeopathy, any constitutional medicine can only be considered after a proper physical examination by a surgeon. Please do not apply any cream or medicine based on online advice.
If you notice pain, swelling, color change, or difficulty in urination, please visit emergency / urology OPD immediately.
Hope this helps.
