Hii dermatosis papulosa nigra is treatable. Multiple modalities are available. They are definitely safe. can in some cases lead hyperpigmentation, depending upon the chosen modality. There is some chance that they can recur too. So consult with your doctor and prepare your mind well, have all your doubts cleared and then take a decision.
