Doubt on bow legs
Hi.. I have a doubt that i have bow legs. When i stand there is a ovel like gap in between the legs. I'm not able to confirm it is bow legs or not.

Get it checked by a physiotherapist to confirm. If its confirmed we can start with stretching and strengthening exercises. There are braces to prevent further changes.

Hi it can be possible u have bow knee but it comes and increases gradually..consult near by orthostatic doctor .. Thanks

Stand with your feet together and measure the distance between the insides of both knee with an inch tape. If the distance is more than 10 cms you have bow legs. If it is less than 10 cms you don't have bow legs.
