Double vision& photophobia after surgery

I have my squint surgery 3,month ago. After surgery double vision arise and i also see reflection of object in light. What should i do what the further treatment to resolve the problem

Double vision is possible after Squint surgery but it was disappear in due course of time ,& if it doesn't not disappear then you will have to go for orthoptics exercise .
