Squint surgery outcome depends on many things including degree of squint, vision of your eyes etc. Reasons for residual squint can be many. Best would be to meet your operating surgeon and discuss.

Even after surgery there are converging or diverging exercises to do, and to train brain to see things binocularly also there are few exercises. Consult your operating surgeon.

There is a maximum limit to which one can correct squint. Please consult your operating surgeon. Your Dr can better answer all queries.
