It's normal tendency of a permanent tooth to cum from back of the milk tooth but it's better to go for the removal of the milk tooth as soon as possible, then the permanent teeth vl be moved in place of milk tooth due to tongue pressure .thank u

Front teeth are milk teeth and back teeth are permanent so don't worry , milk teeth will be shedding very soon (if movable) otherwise get them removed from ur nearby dentist

Health Tips
Shedding and eruption pattern of the teeth is very important for future smile so please don't neglect
Namaskaram, this is a regular occurrence.First of all, donât panic, baby teeth usually start to fall out around age 6, but sometimes permanent teeth can grow in behind baby teeth often referred to as âshark teeth". They are most common in lower front teeth(incisors).Normally, permanent teeth push against the roots of the baby teeth and make them dissolve. When the root is all but gone, the baby teeth become loose and fall out. Sometimes, the permanent teeth miss the baby teeth and push through the gums behind them. With nothing pushing and dissolving their roots, the baby teeth stay and do not fall off. If your childâs shark teeth donât resolve on their own within a couple of weeks, it would be a good idea if you can get quick check up done so that the dentist will suggest you with a couple of x-rays. The health of your childâs baby teeth are very important ..Team Shambhala
This is normal protocol
Once the permanent teeth will.erupt fully the milk teeth will fall off naturally
What is the age of ur child
Treatment management depends a lot upon age
