She should consult a General Physician and a Gynaecologist. Her symptoms suggest a Deficiency disease (due to deficiency of Iron, Calcium and Vit B12 and D3).

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

For pain must consult a orthopaedecian, for tiredness and weakness it may be due to calcium and vitamin B12 deficiency, at working schedule leads to fatigue anyways, she must rest for a while after work also get routine blood test done like cbc, vitD, Vit B12 etc to prescribe medication

Talk to us on practo for better diagnosis and treatment
