Been doing follicular study on and off from 2 years , have no left tube due to ectopic, have never had a dominant follicle on the right ovary , my gynecologist says I have a resistance right ovary but there have been follicles on it so very confused as to what my next steps should be

If dominant follicle is present in left ovary and left tube is absent due to ectopic then if rt tube is ok it can capture egg released from left ovary as tubes are mobile.
If one tube is absent then chances of pregnancy are slightly less but not absent.
