Dominant follice in left ovary
I am on my tenth day of my menstrual cycle...the ultrasound sound showed a dominant follicle of 12*12 mm in left ovary. My prolactin was normal last month 24.3 but this month its 39.3...can i try conceiving this cycle.

Yes you can try till 20th day , for prolactin you can take tablet cabergoline0.25mg weekly

Hi you should try on the 13-14-15 th day For prolactin of 39 take caberglact 0.25 mg weekly and most importantly don’t worry so much .repeat prolactin after a month .

Some medicines for prolactin should be started immediately.. Meanwhile keep trying this cycle also

Yes u can try to concieve  ..but need to consult and take medication for  high prolactin levels. .high prolactin levels will inhibit ovulation
