Hello i had an TVS and found that left ovary dominant follicle in stroma.
Endometrium hypoechinic with thickness of 6.4 mm . And tiny focal calcification is seen!

Follicles grow in cortex and not in stroma! Kindly recheck the scan report

Tiny calcification in endometrium as per your report could be tuberculosis or retained old calcified bits of conception or osseos meta plasia of endometrium. Kindly correlate with hysteroscopy findings.

U can continue the FOLLICULAR MONITORING till the dominant FOLLICLE reaches size 18-20 mm along with Endometriom should be atleast 7 mm for giving trigger injection for ovulation.
