  4. Dominant cyst in the right ovary. Issue.

Dominant cyst in the right ovary
My USG report says my right ovary is enlarged and measures 55.5×47×21.4mm volume 29.2cc. Dominant follicular cyst is seen 26×23.3×19mm is seen Please suggest me the treatment of this issue.
