Your question is a bit confusing. Are you trying to ask only about rabies vaccinations?. If so, then if your dog is already vaccinated and got biten by another dog three months after his proper vaccinations, then there is no need to worry. He will be having immunity against rabies in his system. In some cases, if the dog is bitten by stray animals, then your vet may ask you to go for anti rabies post bite shots that are only to make sure your dog is protected against worst case scenario like previous vaccination failure,  low immunity level etc.

Please attach the vaccination certificate. If your pet is bitten by a rabid dog then post exposure anti rabies shots will be done. If it is a normal  healthy street dog, depending on the circumstances, vaccination may or may not be required. However, a few more details would be required to answer your question properly
