So I am in the middle of my rabies vaccine course. I have taken the first 3 out of 5 and I will be taking the next vaccine on Tuesday next week (day 21). But I got a small scratch (no blood) on my knuckle from a stray dog when he was trying to play with me today. I washed my hands with dettol immediately and also took a shower. Should I be concerned and contact my doctor or would the rabies vaccine be enough to protect me?

If you are sure there was no bleeding and skin is intact. No need for anything. Continue schedule.
Also watch the dog for a week. If same normal behaviour of the dog. Then you are good.
