Dog bite, is there a need of rabies inj?
My dog is 1.5years old. He's fully vaccinated but he plays with street dogs daily.. He bite my 13 year old brother. Is it necessary to take rabies shot even if my dog is vaccinated? My brother also got rabies shot 6 months before because of dog bite Should he take rabies shot again?

It is your pet animal. Please ask your brother to take one injection. No further injection will be required if your dog remains healthy. This is keeping in mind that your brother had a full course of ARV six months ago.

It's depends on type of wound and type of bite, if there is only scratch marks no need of any vaccination  just do a wound cleaning And if there is blood oozing and mucosal exposure you don't need to take full prophylaxis , just take 2 dose of rabis vaccination on day 0 and day 7 .
Next Steps
consult for further  details  treatment and investigation
