Doesnt feel hungry
Hello, I don't feel hungry and because of that I am becoming thin day by day. I have thought of going to gym and I have enquired also that I can gain weight by this. My problem is that would that really help me if I join the gym or is there anything else should I do to gain weight

Hello! You can start with 5-6 meal diet a day. Each meal will be small n frequent as well as healthy. Breakfast is a must. U can use almond, walnut, banana, mango, milk, raisins, dates etc.in regular small interval n ya start 30 min of exercise according to your energy for 5 days a week. And best is to consult a dietitian n gym trainer before you start.
