Doesn't get sleep
My mom isn't able to sleep. It's intermittent. Whenever she doesn't get sleep, she takes a sleeping pill and sleeps. Should I be worried about long term effects? How to avoid this issue?

Sleep disturbances are common due to multiple stress related issues like Anxiety and Depression. It isn't healthy to consume sleeping pills as they don't solve the underlying problem and instead in the long run aggravate it
